Todd, originally from Weaverville, enlisted in the US Marine Corps after high school. During his service, he specialized as a Topographical Intelligence Specialist, with postings in Washington DC and Okinawa, Japan. Following his military service, Todd attended Humboldt State University, where he obtained a degree in Political Science.
He then served in Congressman Wally Herger’s Redding Field Office until Herger’s retirement. Subsequently, Todd was selected for the prestigious Coro Center for Civic Leadership’s Fellowship in Public Affairs, during which he worked with various organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area. After completing the fellowship, Todd returned to Redding with his wife Ericka, where they started their family and are now raising three sons: Hunter, Zach, and Tanner.
Todd also earned an MBA from Western Governors University.
As CEO and President, Todd’s duties include:
- Responsible for overall Chamber management
- Handles member and media relations
- Serves as liaison to elected officials
