Forum Examines Role of Taiwan, U.S. in Post-Pandemic Supply Chain Restructuring

“Pandemic Prevention and Supply Chain Restructuring” was the focus of a forum presented online on Tuesday, November 24 by the Taiwan-USA Industrial Cooperation Promotion Office (TUSA) in conjunction with the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT).

taiwan usa ca flagsOpening remarks were given by William Brent Christensen, director of AIT, and the keynote speech was given by Mei-Hua Wang, minister of economic affairs in Taiwan.

Held in English, the forum aimed to reach a global audience as it looked into how Taiwan and the U.S. can forge a closer industrial partnership and contribute to global restructuring of supply chains in the post-pandemic era.
