Todd Smith currently serves as President of Mercy Medical Center Redding, a position he accepted in January 2017. In this role, Mr. Smith is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategy of the hospital. Prior to this appointment, he was the President at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital for the past 4 years. Todd has worked at Dignity Health for 32 years, starting as a Radiological Technologist at St. Elizabeth and he progressively assumed increasing roles.
Todd has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Human Resource Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Lifetime residents of Tehama and Shasta County, Todd and his wife Fran, have a daughter, a son and one grandson.
