Todd Davis started his first business twenty-one years ago when he was let go from his job. After convincing two employees to quit their job and do something different by applying the same business values as his father. He grew that company to forty employees totaling 4.5 million dollars with three locations in Redding, Reno, and Chico.
With the effects of socialized medicine, he could see significant changes were coming. So, in 2012, he diversified and started what is now Obsidian IT, a computer and software company, and shortly after, Pacific Sky, a marketing company. In 2015 these companies went employee-owned, allowing everyone to make a difference and share their success.
