- Provide administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, answering phones, and handling email correspondence for Chamber staff and executives.
- Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of Chamber events, including member luncheons, mixers, and community programs, ensuring smooth operations and logistics.
- Maintain and update membership records, contact databases, and other operational systems, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient record-keeping.
- Serve as a point of contact for Chamber members, addressing general inquiries and providing information about benefits, programs, and services.
- Help with budgeting, invoicing, and tracking payments related to membership dues, event fees, and other Chamber-related financial activities.
