Cyndy Gordon began her career at Shasta Regional Medical Center, where she rose to Hospital Chief Executive Officer after serving as Chief Nursing Officer for more than nine years, as well as other clinical leadership positions throughout her tenure. Starting her career in health care as a nurse’s aide at Shasta Regional in 1978, Cyndy has developed a deep level of understanding of the many components within the hospital. Cyndy holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Business.
As a leader in health care, Cyndy has been active in many professional organizations. She has served for many years as a board member at Shasta Community Health, became a member of The Good News Rescue Mission Task Force, and a Rotarian with the Redding East Rotary club. She also serves on the Shasta Regional Medical Center Foundation board, volunteers in her community and participates in civic functions continuously focusing on building partnerships and raising health care topics that are relevant to our area.
